While volunteering recently at a Nose Work event, we were in a local school utilizing their amazing classrooms and campus. In one of the interior search rooms, this sign was on the wall and I just fell in love with it.

“When you cannot think: Write.
When you cannot speak: Write.
When you cannot sleep: Write.
And, if you cannot write: Read.”

I’m not sure who to offer credit to for this, but I sure do love it. I hope you do, too.
